Teleassistance
In recent years, thanks to constant research, we have developed new ways of customer service. For some years now, our most important plants can be supplied with a Remote Assistance device that allows us to interact with the machine even from thousands of kilometres away. These devices can be operated by cable, GSM or Wifi.
If you already have one or you would like to install the device on your machine and you need an intervention fill out the form below and send it to us by e-mail or fax.
