Models, standard dimensions and hydraulic thrust

Models, dimensions and hydraulic thrust can be customized according to customers’ needs.
Given the variety and peculiarities of the possible applications, OMC Machinery can develop bespoke press models according to any specific application. Our technical office will support customers to collect all the necessary data to design and manufacture a customized press/pressing line.

Examples of customizations

• Special work cycle with pressure steps, temperature steps etc;
• The press can be equipped with special devices to monitor the cycle parameters (detection via pressure and temperature graphs);
• Customizable platen speed and pressure reach time;
• Interface with other units (heaters, coolers etc.);
• High temperatures above 250°C;
• Hot/cold cycle.
