The PPC presses can be equipped with the following accessories:

Applications

The PPC Presses are suitable fo rthe production of curved elements with the use of moulds. The presess can also be equipped with a High Frequency Generator to achieve high production volumes.

Standard equipment

• Structure made of assembled and welded S275JR steel beams;
• Hydraulic system with double-stage central unit (or pre-filling system as appropriate);
• Milled beam platens to allow for the fixing of the molds;
• Standard control panel;
• 1000 mm opening (customizable);
• Automatic opening with timer;
• Vertical pressure cylinders.

  16/80: 1600×800 mm, 60 tons;
  20/10: 2000×800 mm, 60 tons;

  20/10: 2000×800 mm, 100 tons.
• PPC Special, downstroke Model
  18/80: 1800×800 mm, 90 tons;
  20/10: 2000×1000 mm, 120 tons;
  22/10: 2000×1000 mm, 120 tons.

The PPC Special presses can also be equipped with side hydraulic cylinders.
