Oven System

The “Oven System” has been designed to make sheets of composite material workable for subsequent cold forming. The high working temperature softens the material to be subsequently formed with a vacuum press.

Models:

  • Oven System with electric resistances:
    The oven is equipped with electric resistances and a fan that allows for optimal heat propagation;
  • Oven System with heating plates:
    a system of pneumatic cylinders lifts the lower plate to bring the material into contact with the upper plate; as a result the material reaches the forming temperature very quickly, allowing for high production volumes.

Useful dimensions

  • 25/13: 2000×1000 mm;
  • 30/13: 2500×1000 mm;
  • 35/13: 3000×1000 mm;
  • 40/13: 3500×1000 mm.

Standard equipment

  • Electric resistances (housed inside the frame or plates depending on the model);
  • Maximum temperature 200°C.

  • Sublimation kit.
