Press for hinged containers

This press is designed to affix hinges on wooden boxes/crates.
The press is equipped with piston-holders cross bars that can be moved manually along the length by means of a handwheel.

This press is equipped with:
Retractable metal strips to hold the hinges;
rack&pinion system to guarantee the parallel stroke of the piston holder cross bars;
steel guides to manually slide the cross bars along the length of the press;
side guides to support mechanical stops for placing the plywood in the right position.

Platens

The upper platen is equipped with 4 piston-holder crossbars that can be adjusted manually along the length of the long slide; each crossbar is equipped with no. 4 pressing pistons;

The lower table is covered with metal sheet.
