Vacuum presses for Solid Surfaces
Vacuum System Oven Press
Hot vacuum forming press equipped with a heating, suitable to coat workpieces with veneer/laminates and to glue curved layers of peeled wood.
The press is also equipped with an oven to heat acrylic materials (“Solid surfaces”).

Models:
- Vacuum System Oven Special with electric resistors: the oven is equipped with electric resistors and a fan that ensures uniform temperature distribution;
- Vacuum System Oven Special with heating plates: a system of pneumatic cylinders lifts the lower plate to have the material come into contact with the upper plate; as a result, the material reaches the forming temperature very quickly, allowing for higher production volumes.
Useful dimensions
- 25/13: 2360×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm
Oven: 2000×800 mm;
- 30/13: 2860×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm
Oven: 2500×800 mm;
- 35/13: 3360×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm
Oven: 3000×800 mm;
*The maximum working height must be considered in the central area of the machine.
Standard equipment
- The work table surface is made of an aluminum sheet with grooves for vacuum diffusion;
- Vacuum pump: 60 m3;
- No. 1 silicone membrane;
- Heating system:
– Upper hood equipped with ceramic resistors and a fan to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Maximum temperature: 110°C.
– Oven with electric resistors (housed inside the frame or plates depending on the model). Maximum temperature 200°C. - The gasket is fixed to the membrane frame (rather than to the table) to avoid tearing when changing molds.
