PLlsm model
Applications
The Pllsm press can perform two different operations:
- Production of veneered / laminated panels: the operator needs to remove the unloading table with idle wheels, manually load the workpieces and exclude the horizontal pressing cylinders;
- Production of blockboard panels (edge glued panels).
Useful dimensions
- 25/13: 2500×1300 mm, 1,5 – 5 Kg/cm2;
- 30/13: 3000×1300mm, 1,5 – 5 Kg/cm2;
- 35/13: 3500×1300 mm, 1,5 – 5 Kg/cm2.
The dimensions can be customized according to customer’s needs.
Standard equipment:
- Vertical hydraulic cylinders;
- Horizontal hydraulic cylinders;
- Stop bar to counteract the thrust of the horizontal cylinders;
- Automatic loading table with pushing device and foot switch;
- Unloading table with idle wheels;
- Pneumatic cylinders to facilitate the detachment of the pressed material;
- Digital “Touch screen” panel + PLC;
- Heating system with water or oil boiler.
Options
- Height adjustment of the front pressing plates;
- Shims to increase the thickness of the front pressing plates;

PLS model
This press is suitable to produce blockboard panels (edge glued panels) larger than the pressing area.
Models and types of loading:
PLS CM: Manual loading on motorized infeed table activated by foot switch.
PLS CA model: Automatic loading on motorized “comb” infeed system.

- 25/13: 2500×1300 mm, 1.5 – 5 Kg/cm2;
- 30/13: 3000×650 mm, 1.5 – 5 Kg/cm2;
- 35/13: 2350×850 mm, 1.5 – 5 Kg/cm2.
