Vacuum Thermo PVC 
The “Vacuum Thermo PVC” press uses vacuum and heat to coat and glue curved panels.
Applications
Coating workpieces with single sheets of 3D thermoforming films (PVC, PPE, ABS etc.); no need to use the membrane.
Typical final products
Doors, cabinet doors and flaps for bathrooms, kitchens etc…
Standard equipment
- The work table is made of an aluminum sheet with grooves for optimal vacuum diffusion;
- No. 1 vacuum pump with 200-liter tank;
- Sliding heating chamber;
- Heating system with infrared rays: infrared lamps heat up the material much faster and can reach higher temperatures compared to traditional electrical resistances.

- 25/14: 2340×1280 mm;
- 30/14: 2840×1280 mm.

- Motorized mobile heating chamber;
- Additional work table (equipped with vacuum pump and tank).
