AUTOMATIC LOADING and UNLOADING of the panels on the lower platen, on the 3,500 mm side.
The carriage is carried out by a motorized MYLAR belt. The belt is activated by 2 rollers placed one at the entrance and one at the exit of the press. The rollers are driven by a motor with a chain system that slides on special guides.
The Mylar belt rotates around the lower platen.
The ends of the MYLAR belt are fixed to special bars with devices for tensioning the MYLAR sheets.
The upper platen is covered with Mylar sheeting- Unloading table with idle rollers
The pressed panels are carried out of the press by the rotating Mylar sheeting and slide on the idle rollers to be manually unloaded by the operator.
