Vacuum Series 
The presses of the Vacuum series use vacuum and heat to glue and coat curved panels.
Applications
- Production of curved panels with multiple layers of peeled wood;
- Veneering of curved panels.

Accessories/Options
The presses of the Vacuum series can be equipped with the following accessories:
- Pneumatic system to lift the membrane frame;
- Digital control panel;
- Pneumatic locking of the membrane frame;
- Motorized rotation of the work station via inverter (“Vacuum Simple” and “Vacuum Double” models only);
- Patterned drilling to fix the molds.
Vacuum Easy
Hot vacuum forming machine, equipped with a hood, suitable to coat workpieces with veneer and/or laminate and to glue curved peel wood.
Dimensions
25/13: 2360×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm;
30/13: 2860×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm;
35/13: 3360×1160 mm, maximum working height* 500 mm.
*The maximum working height must be considered in the central area of the press.
Standard equipment
- The work surface is made of an aluminum sheets with grooves for vacuum diffusion;
- Vacuum pump: 60 m3;
- 1 Membrane;
- Heating system: the upper hood is equipped with ceramic resistors and a fan that ensures uniform heat distribution;
- Maximum temperature: 110°C The gasket is fixed to the membrane frame (rather than to the work table) to avoid tearing when changing molds.
